Systems Integration

Connect the systems your Louisville business already pays for, so your team stops retyping the same data into three of them.

Who it’s for

Businesses whose tools don’t talk to each other. Orders get retyped into accounting, customer details live in three places, and someone spends part of every week copying data between screens.

It suits teams that like the tools they have and want them to work together, not another system to replace them.

What we connect

  • API connections between the systems you already use, so a change in one shows up in the others.
  • Scheduled sync jobs that move data on a timetable and flag what didn’t match.
  • Data migration and import/export when you’re moving off an old system or bringing data in from spreadsheets.
  • Workflow automation for the repetitive steps between systems: the glue nobody wants to do by hand.

How it works

  1. Scope. A fixed-fee discovery week. You leave with a written spec, a real number, and a timeline, whether or not you hire us to build it.
  2. Build. Working connections every two weeks, tested against your real data, so problems surface in days instead of months.
  3. Hand off. Source code, accounts and documentation transferred to you, including what each connection does and what to check when one fails. You are never stuck with us.

Most clients keep us on after hand-off. We run and monitor the connections on a monthly plan, so a failed sync gets fixed before it becomes a backlog, in accounts that stay in your name.

Every integration starts with the fixed-fee discovery week, so you know the real number before you commit to a build.

Frequently asked questions

Can you connect our specific tools?

If a system has an API, or a reliable way to import and export data, we can usually connect it. The discovery week confirms what's possible before you commit to a build.

What if one of our systems has no API?

There are often other routes, such as scheduled exports, file drops or the database itself. We tell you in the written spec which approach is reliable and which isn't.

Do we have to replace any of our current tools?

No. The point is to make the tools you already pay for work together.

What happens when one of the connected systems changes?

It will, eventually: APIs get updated and tools change their exports. We offer ongoing monitoring for the integrations we build, so we see a failed sync before you do and fix it when a system changes. Each connection is also documented, including what it depends on and what to check when it fails, so your own team can take it from there instead.

Who owns the integration code?

You do. It's transferred to you at hand-off with the accounts and documentation.
