How we work with you

Three steps, each with something you can keep. Here is what you get at every stage and what we will ask of you.

STEP 01
Scope
A fixed-fee discovery week. You leave with a written spec, a real number, and a timeline — whether or not you hire us to build it.
We start by learning how your business runs today and what is not working. The spec, the number, and the timeline are yours to keep, whether or not you hire us to build it.
We will need time with the people who use the current process, and a look at any existing systems, documents, or code that matter.
STEP 02
Build
Working software every two weeks, not status reports. You use it as it is built, so course corrections cost days instead of months.
Every two weeks you get software you can open and use. What you see is the real thing, not a slide about it.
We will need someone on your side who can try each release and tell us what is right and what is not, so the next one is better.
STEP 03
Hand off
Source code, accounts, and documentation transferred to you. Keep us on for support if it helps — but you are never stuck with us.
At the end you receive the source code, the accounts the software runs on, and the documentation, all transferred to you.
If you want us to keep supporting the software we can, but you are never stuck with us.
