We will tell you honestly whether the existing code is worth keeping, even when the answer is a rewrite.
The first 30 days
- Audit. We get access to the code, the accounts and whatever documentation exists, and read through it. You get a written report: what you have, what is broken, and what it will take.
- Stabilise. We fix what is urgent first: crashes, security problems, anything blocking your users or your team.
- Plan. We agree the next steps with you: finish the app, keep it running on a monthly maintenance plan (hosting, monitoring, updates and small fixes), rebuild the parts that aren’t worth saving, or hand it to your own team. Accounts and code end up in your name, and you are never stuck with us.

Will you tell us to rewrite it?
Only if it's the better deal. The audit says plainly what is worth keeping and what isn't, and why.
What if we don't have the source code, or the store account is in someone else's name?
That is common, and it's part of what the audit sorts out. We work through what you do have and the steps to get the rest into your name.
Do we own the code afterwards?
Yes. The source code, accounts and documentation are yours, transferred to you.
What kinds of apps do you take on?
